Nearly 20 years ago, we lifted this classic beach cottage and completed a renovation and addition for a truly wonderful set of clients. When they returned to us recently—this time for a large new addition and total renovation (down to the studs!)—we were honored to bring their vision to life once again. What made it even more special? This time, we tackled the project as a father-daughter team.

This home is full of thoughtful details, but one of our favorite features is the beautiful Pennsylvania field stone used on the exterior—an element that adds timeless character and charm.
