Bringing this new construction home to life was an absolute dream. Partnering with awesome clients, we transformed the property by demolishing the original beach cottage and building a new custom home—just in time for the summer season!

One of our favorite things about this house is the way that the front exterior shutters and French door provide that beautiful pop of color… of course!
